Job title:               WCOM/Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator
Salary:                  £25k - £30k (dependent on experience)
Base:                    Sherburn in Elmet, North Yorkshire
Hours per week:   40 hours per week
Annual Leave:      23 days (plus Bank Holidays)

We are currently looking to recruit a WCOM/Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator at our Selby site. We are looking for an experienced individual who can deliver change and drive the business forward with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities will involve overseeing and leading process improvements activity across the site. This role is critical to the successful roll out of Lean Manufacturing practices across the whole Insulation Division in pursuit of World Class Manufacturing (WCOM). You will work with the Operations team at the site to develop a range of programs aimed at reducing manufacturing costs; standardising internal practices and developing performance management systems to ensure the sharing of best practice across sites.

The skills and experience you are required to have to carry out this role are, business systems acumen, knowledge of KPI management and WCOM, process improvement principles and tools, and working knowledge of SAP and SCADA systems. In addition you will need to have project management skills including objective setting, resource planning and data collection, and assessment and analytical skills.
