Job title: Purchase Ledger Controller
Salary: £18k - £23k (depending on experience)

An opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Controller within the Finance team in Kingspan Timber Solutions. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will ensure that all supplier invoices, employee expenses, Credit Cards and all queries relating to payments are processed in accordance with internal procedures and HMRC requirements promptly. You will also process and reconcile GBP and EUR bank accounts, administer fuel and hotel cards, and carry out a number of other tasks commensurate to the role.
You will have previous experience in a Finance team of purchase ledger, purchase order and expenses work. A working knowledge of CIS and VAT is desirable. This role requires a methodical approach to your work and you must be able to demonstrate that you have a high level of integrity and accuracy in your work as this role has a high level of responsibility.
You will have experience and understanding of AP processes and have the ability to organise and prioritise your workload. You will need to have high attention to detail and accuracy, be confident and have excellent communication skills.
