Job title:                    Internal Services Administrator (maternity cover up to 12 months)
Salary:                       £7.88 - £8.00 per hour (£16,000 - £16,224 p.a. FTE)
Base:                          Pembridge, Herefordshire
Hours per week:         25 hours per week
Annual leave:             23 days (plus Bank Holidays) pro-rata

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Services Administrator to join us on a temporary basis (up to 12 months) covering maternity leave. 

Working as part of the Internal Service Team in an outbound customer services capacity, you will be responsible for qualifying leads that come into the business from different avenues and distributing these across the sales teams according to departmental procedures utilising the CRM system to do so. You will be target driven and will provide assistance as instructed by the Internal Services Manager, to gain information in order to maximise on potential sales leads following a customer’s initial contact with Kingspan Insulation.

You will assist with the upkeep, maintenance and cleansing of the company CRM system and complete CRM campaigns to close off data.

You will have previous experience of working in an office environment preferably in a similar outbound role, have a confident telephone manner and strong organisational skills. Previous experience of using CRM systems is desirable.

The role will require you to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and diplomacy skills, and be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. The ability to build rapport and develop effective relationships with colleagues and customers is essential.
